Matt works on the identification and attraction of talent across the public and private sectors, specialising in appointments for Central Government and Regulation clients.

His notable recent appointments include the Chair of the Intellectual Property Regulation Board; Chief Executives for the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, the Association of Police & Crime Commissioners, and the British Psychological Society; and multiple board level appointments across a range of government departments and agencies, as well as the Serjeant-at-Arms for the House of Commons.

Matt joined us in September 2014 as a graduate, having read Politics at the University of Leeds, and has previously worked in financial services and the charity sector.
