Marie’s primary focus is on the rigorous and fair assessment of candidates, including the delivery of large scale assessment projects and leading the development of our online assessment tools.

She is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and has worked within the public sector in the Human Resources team at the Environment Agency, and volunteers for a local community arts charity.

Before joining us, Marie worked as a consultant within leading occupational psychology consultancies, working with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors, delivering assessments as well as designing assessment exercises and psychometric tools.
