Katrina leads the Regulation and Professional Standards practice and our work in handling high volume panel and committee member roles for regulators.

She joined us in 2005 and brings particular expertise in handling complex cross-sector appointments. She has managed numerous high-profile Chief Executive, Director, Chair and Board appointments across Regulation, Membership and Professional Standards, Central Government, Ombudsman and in the Faith sector.

Before joining us, Katrina was the Regional Director for a large international search business, and in her earlier career worked as a solicitor and Deloitte consultant.
