Karen has over 25 years of recruitment experience ranging from financial services, manufacturing, retail, charities and other not for profit organisations.

She worked on both executive and non-executive positions for clients such as TreeAid, Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP), Breast Cancer Now, Historic Royal Palaces, The Internet Watch Foundation, St Wilfred’s Hospice and Hanover Housing. She has also worked in a senior fundraising role for The Mission to Seafarers in Dubai and as Head of Partnerships at ABF The Soldier’s Charity in London.

Karen has extensive international experience having been based in Switzerland, Korea, UAE and Sierra Leone, as well as London.

She is also a Trustee for UK registered charity, EducAid Sierra Leone.
