James has over 15 years in recruitment and leadership assessment (as well as being a qualified Psychometric Assessor) working on a range of senior roles, advising clients on talent management, attraction and outplacement initiatives, within both the public and private sectors.
He has experience leading the design and implementation of behavioural and values led selection processes for several UK corporate restructures. He’s also led successful campaigns for regional UK public private partnership initiatives including housing, complex multi-phase mixed use regenerations and urban renewal as well as several government backed, national infrastructure programmes.
Within the Central Government practice James supports departments including The Ministry of Defence, The Home Office and the Ministry of Justice as well as various Non-Departmental Bodies and Executive Agencies.
