He is a highly experienced recruitment professional who has worked on a wide range of senior appointments at Chief Executive, Directors and Heads of Service level across the full range of local government services.

Gary’s focus has been working with strategic leaders who are passionate about facilitating sustainable change, particularly attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds to support local government deliver high quality, value for money services. He has a particular interest in organisational change, economic growth and community engagement, as well as transitioning individuals across sectors and bringing commercial skills into the public sector.
