Emma has over five years’ experience of Executive recruitment in the health sector and has recruited to a wide range of executive and non-executive Board positions within Acute and Mental Health providers, Commissioning organisations, Regulators and Special Health Authorities.

She also has experience of recruiting to Board roles within Central and Local Government and Not for Profit sector.

Emma is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and prior to her recruitment career was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Human Resource Services business advising organisations in the public and private sector in respect of innovative and efficient reward structures.
