Emily supports on Executive and Non-Executive appointments in our Health Practice. She has extensive experience as a researcher for Board level appointments both within the public and private sector, working with clients based in the UK and internationally.

Prior to starting her career in executive search, she worked in healthcare recruitment as well as in research for a global provider of intelligence information enabling fraud and money laundering compliance, where she was responsible for Russia, the Baltics and Central Asia.

Emily has a BA (Hons) in Russian and spent a year of her degree in St Petersburg.
