As Practice Lead for Leadership & Organisational Development, Barry brings nearly 20 years of varied consulting experience across the talent assessment, leadership and organisational development landscape. He has worked extensively across the private sector as well as comprehensive selection, onboarding, development and coaching work with C-Suite leaders in central and local government across the UK.
Prior to GatenbySanderson, he held a range of consulting leadership roles in human capital, from a global talent and test publisher to boutique consultancies delivering Talent Management and Organisational Development interventions. He has substantial experience in the design and development of complex solutions, including team restructuring and capability framework design and the creation and implementation of board, top team, leadership and future leader development.
Barry is on a mission to help leaders find their voice, bringing purpose and intention to everything they do. In his day-to-day work, or his role as a Charity Trustee, he is driven by making a real difference, enabling leaders to make meaningful changes individually, with their teams, their organisation and wider society.
