Andrew is a Senior Assessment and Development Consultant and specialises in building organisational capability through the design and delivery of assessment, selection and development interventions for senior executives and high potential leaders.
He has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Registered Test User of Occupational Ability and Personality Tests. His work spans over a number of sectors including Health, Education, Local Government and the Not for Profit sectors.
Prior to joining us, Andrew was a Consultant within another leading talent and search consultancy where he worked with a range of public and private sector clients to deliver executive search, assessment and development projects. He spent the early part of his career working within a boutique executive search consultancy delivering executive level search projects across the Industrial, Consumer and Financial Services sectors.
