As Leadership & Talent Consultant, Alison is responsible for conducting in-depth individual leadership assessments to inform recruitment decisions. In addition, she plays a key role in providing on-boarding support to leaders, including psychometric feedback, maximising team performance and 360 feedback. Her work spans Central Government, Local Government, Housing, Health and the Not for Profit sectors.

In addition to her wealth of C-suite executive profiling experience, her experience working as a consultant psychologist has been in the design and delivery of assessment centres for recruitment and re-structures, development centres for high potential programmes, 360 feedback, executive coaching and leadership development programmes for UK public sector and global commercial organisations.

Alison started her career in human resources and in-house recruitment, leading graduate and volume recruitment campaigns. She spent a significant chunk of her career with the Royal Household as an HR Business Partner at Buckingham Palace.

Alison is a Chartered member of the CIPD and Graduate member of the BPS with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is qualified in a wide range of psychometric test including OPQ, Wave and HDS.

Outside of work, she enjoys running and spending time with her young family.
