Charlotte Croffie recently joined us as Partner in our Local Government practice. She brings over 20 years’ experience of executive level recruitment, specialising in HR, organisational design / development, business and leadership development, entrepreneurship, education and international development.
Charlotte has worked across the public, private, voluntary, academia and international development sectors, making change happen in highly political and complex environments. Her experience includes working in the Local Government sector at a local, regional and national level for 14 years.
She is an ambassador for equality, diversity and inclusion, and is an advocate of the importance of delivering organisation transformation through good people management, innovation, access to technology, effective policies, procedures, and systems and the development of healthy working cultures. She will be working closely with Nancy Scott and Seb Lowe, who both joined GS last year, to offer fresh thinking to our clients, with a focus on helping local authorities navigate cultural and organisational change to shape better, more inclusive communities.
