&lt;p&gt;Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides acute health care to a population of 330,000 people in North Merseyside and surrounding areas, and specialist services to a wider population of around 1.5 million in Merseyside, Cheshire, South Lancashire and North Wales. Employing 4800 people and with an annual turnover of approximately &amp;pound;275m, the Trust is a major teaching hospital of the University of Liverpool and has received signi&amp;#64257;cant external recognition for quality of patient care and clinical excellence.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We are looking for two outstanding, highly motivated individuals to join our Board to drive forward the Trust's strategic development and performance, helping us achieve our aim of delivering high quality, safe patient care and - above all - placing patients at the heart of all we do. The &amp;#64257;rst Non-Executive Director should possess senior clinical experience either in an NHS or independent sector setting. The second Non-Executive Director should have signi&amp;#64257;cant experience in business transformation or change management gained in either private or public sectors.
