I am currently looking for an interim principal for a secondary school that has just received an unsatisfactory “inadequate” OfSTED report. I am looking for an amazing, highly experienced interim “trouble shooter” Principal who can go in and instantly gain the trust and confidence of the Governing Board, parents, staff and pupils.

The successful candidate needs to have the ability, skills and expertise to rectify the critical shortfalls and inadequacies identified in the OfSTED report and work speedily towards improving the school across all other areas. My client is looking for an experienced senior operations manager to work closely with the Associate Medical Director to provide high-level operational and strategic business planning and leadership to ensure that the service area achieves its performance objectives.

The interim will be responsible for supporting the development of new services, the improvement of current services and service re-design. This will include the need to influence and negotiate in a multi-agency environment within the health and social care economy.

The interim will liaise with Associate Medical Director colleagues, chair and lead the established service governance groups and will need to report to the Safety and Quality Operational Committee (SQOC).

Strong operations experience gained at an NHS provider is essential for this role.
