Sophie joined GatenbySanderson in 2011 as a Search Consultant and has operated in Executive Search for over 7 years within both the private and public sector. Prior to joining GatenbySanderson Sophie worked for a leading public sector recruiter across a wide range of sectors with a particular focus on Not for Profit and Education assignments.

Not for Profit: NSPCC, The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, Internet Watch Foundation, Safer London Foundation, UK Homecare Association and Platform 51.

Education: University of London, Glasgow Caledonian University, Bangor University, UK Commission for Employment and Skills, Hillcroft College and Portslade Academy.

Sophie holds a BA (Joint Hons) degree in French and Spanish from the University of Leeds.
