Philip joined GatenbySanderson as a Search Consultant in June 2010 as an addition to the expanding specialised Central Research Team.

Prior to joining GatenbySanderson Philip worked for a niche executive search practice where he gained experience recruiting in both the legal and manufacturing and engineering industries, handling roles ranging from operations management in high-volume manufacture to equity partners for large law firms.

The GatenbySanderson Research Team lead the identification and attraction of high-quality talent in the public sector across all GatenbySanderson business units.
