Before Martin joined GatenbySanderson he led the Local Public Services practice at Veredus, having worked in Australia for two years recruiting senior executives to leading technology multinational companies.

With a particular focus on local authorities and public-private partnerships, Martin’s key clients have included Wolverhampton and Liverpool City Councils, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, the Borough of Telford & Wrekin and the Learning and Skills Council.

During his career, Martin has also been involved with numerous appointments at chief executive level, as well as recruiting senior staff to a range of public bodies.
