Laura Murphy

Consultant, Interim Leadership

Laura joined GatenbySanderson in May 2012 as a consultant for the interim leadership division to focus on the adults and children's services market. Laura is an experienced recruiter and has worked in the recruitment industry since graduating from the University of Limerick with a BA (honours degree) in law and European studies. Since moving to London in 2004, Laura has specialised in providing interim management solutions at senior level across the health and social care sector.

Laura has a strong track record of delivering interim appointments for the public sector, most recently taking the lead for interim management positions at first, second and third tier level for a niche health & social care division of a large management consultancy company. Prior to this she spent a successful four years with a leading interim management firm focussing on interim management across the health and social care sector. Laura started her career in recruitment at Badenoch and Clark. Laura has a sound understanding of the health and social care sector and prides herself on listening carefully to the needs of her clients and interims to deliver solutions best matching their needs, skills and experience.
