With 18 years' experience in the senior search and selection industry, Katrina has worked with a range of private sector, central government, regulatory organisations and Higher Education clients to make senior appointments.  Prior to joining GatenbySanderson, she managed the regional business for a large executive search plc and delivered board-level, chief executive and director appointments in a range of organisations across the public and private sectors.  As a qualified solicitor, Katrina leads on regulatory affairs for GatenbySanderson and her current clients include regulators and consumer-focused organisations, central government departments, Universities and the Church of England.
