With over 14 years’ experience in delivering HR assignments and executive search across both the private sector and local government, Katrina has worked with a range of large metropolitans, unitaries and districts.

Prior to joining GatenbySanderson, Katrina managed the regional business for a large executive search PLC and delivered board level, chief executive and director appointments in a range of organisations across the public and private sectors.

As a qualified solicitor Katrina specialises in finance, legal and human resources recruitment, working within a range of central government departments, regulatory organisations, RDAs and their clusters, higher education and the charity sector.
