After graduating, Jo joined KPMG's executive search and selection practice and has seven years experience in executive search.

She has worked with a wide range of organisations across local and central government and education, including senior appointments for  the Local Government Association, the Audit Commission, a wide range of London Boroughs and County Councils.  Jo joined GatenbySanderson in 2008.
