Esté is a respected and well known interim management consultant who has worked in the recruitment industry since completing a degree in Industrial Psychology in 1993. She joined GatenbySanderson in 2012 following nearly three years with a management consultancy firm where she established a successful interim management business stream and supported major change and improvement programmes at both local and national level. Her knowledge and understanding of the issues across the public sector and ability to search for and identify the most suitable candidates was instrumental in the successful bidding of a number of these.
Over the years, Esté has established a strong reputation of building lasting relationships with both clients and interim managers across a wide variety of organisations. She is passionate about the contribution interim leadership can make to the transformation of the health sector in particular and ultimately to the improvement of people's health and lives.
