GatenbySanderson’s Health Practice has extensive recruitment expertise at board level in the NHS.  We have an established track record of appointing permanent and interim chief executives, executive directors and senior clinicians to all types of NHS organisations and, as part of GatenbySanderson’s Board Practice, on the appointment of Chairs and Non Executive Directors for Trusts.  We also support NHS Trust Secretaries through our regular regional networking seminars and LinkedIn group. Our Assessment and Development team supports organisations through restructuring exercises – recent examples have included incorporating Community Services and reshaping clinical directorates.  With offices in the South, Midlands and North we have national coverage and excellent local networks.

As well as supporting Trusts with their senior recruitment, we also currently hold the national sole supplier contract for head-hunting services for NHS England. We work with a wide range of other healthcare organisations including charities such as the Kings Fund, Healthcare Foundation and Sue Ryder, and with regulators such as Monitor, the GMC, the General Pharmaceutical Council and the General Dental Council.
