A proven track record in difficult to fill roles 

Our Health team brings expertise of recruiting and developing executive board members and senior management, chairs and non executive directors, and senior clinicians to all types of NHS organisations.  The team has recruited in every NHS region and our work includes hard-to-fill roles, where we have a particularly strong track record.  With clients such as Monitor, the GMC, the General Pharmaceutical Council and the General Dental Council, we also have a strong track record in the regulatory sector.

We work closely with GatenbySanderson’s Board Practice supporting existing and aspiring Foundation Trusts with Council of Governors development, board evaluation and development.  We also support Trust Secretaries with regional networking seminars.  Our Assessment and Development team are currently supporting trusts through restructuring exercises such as incorporating Community Services or moving to fewer clinical directorates.
