Interim Autumn Development and Networking Date Announced

GatenbySanderson Interim Leadership are planning the next in their series of highly successful events to promote areas for further development and networking. The event will be based in Central London on Thursday 13th November.

Our focus for this Autumn's event will be diversity. In a lively 20 minute presentation, Jane Farrell, Chief Executive of Equality Works, considers how diversity can be managed to deliver better business results and illustrates a number of organisations who have ensured that diversity is mainstreamed and not seen as a peripheral issue.  Jane poses the challenge,  "If we invest in improving diversity, what difference can it make - to our customers, service users, staff and the bottom line?"

There will then be the opportunity to meet the team and other interim colleagues. Danny Hodgson, Head of Interim Leadership, comments, "It's a great way to spend a social few hours in the hub of our interim community, while picking up advice for the future. These development and networking events are part of our programme of initiatives aimed at building lasting and productive relationships".
