GatenbySanderson Consultant Officially a Master!

We are delighted that Charlotte Johnson, a Consultant in our Assessment and Development team has gained an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Charlotte joined GatenbySanderson at launch in 2003, from an international recruitment firm. She then spent eighteen months developing our organisational development programme, working closely with senior managers in local authorities to provide a range of leadership and development services. These included coaching and one to one feedback and co facilitation of management skills and team development programmes.

Charlotte now leads on assessment for our business throughout the North. She works directly with client to develop competency frameworks and assess the capabilities required of their future leaders via a range of bespoke work simulation exercises and established psychometric measures. 

She is BPS level A and B qualified and is an accredited user of FIRO-B, Dimensions, WAVE professional styles profiling, SHL’s OPQ, and Leadership Judgement Indicator, amongst other products.
