Description
My northwest public sector client is seeking a Head of Mental Health Services urgently.You will be responsible for leading an integrated mental health service across the region, contributing to the development of service strategy and policy development in line with national and local service objectives and values. Reporting into a Joint Management board representing the interests of multiple agencies and stakeholders, you will be required to set and agree objectives in line with strategic plans of all parties and review performance.As well as responsibility for the strategic leadership of the service, you will be asked to undertake line and people management, operations, and finance and resources management of the service. To be considered for this requirement, you will be have to demonstrate at least 5 years experience at a senior level with the Mental Health field and have extensive experience of collaborative and multi agency working across the public sector at local authority and NHS level.
