Interim Executive Directors (Health)

Our client is a Government funded non-departmental body with responsibilities that  stretch across the NHS.  

Due to the nature of the service it provides it is constantly looking to develop its networks of senior executives who have the gravitas of experience and detailed knowledge of the health sector to provide interim support at times of challenge and change.

As a former Chief Executive or Chief Operating Officer (Primary Care, Mental Health or Acute Services) you will need to be politically astute, financially aware and have a clear understanding of governance and risk. The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and to provide immediate and strong leadership together with evidence of leading turnaround, merger or downsize would be essential.
