Digital Resourcing

Broadening our reach and maximising candidate response is central to our Digital Resourcing work. We draw on our vast expertise in the digital world when using online marketing as a platform to target, build relationships and generate response from online communities or individuals, who may otherwise have been missed by the mainstream media.

At the same time we use the internet as an effective and efficient medium to promote our clients’ organisations and roles.

How can Digital Resourcing add real value to your organisation?

  • Significantly increase the visibility and perceptions of your organisation via a range of marketing tools.
  • Provide detailed information to candidates in an engaging and interactive way.
  • Improve efficiencies.
  • Attract passive job seekers.
  • Gain access to the best candidates quicker than rival organisations.
  • Maximise response from ‘target’ candidates.
  • Convert interested targets to applicants.
  • Target more diverse or specialist groups than traditional, mainstream media can achieve.

Just some of our Digital Resourcing products include:

Media planning and advertising development

With each assignment we will develop a tailored media plan to maximise reach to our target audience. We consider press and online media, or a combination of the two, to best promote the role and generate response. We will also handle all aspects of development including media buying, creative development, copywriting and placement.

Each of our adverts link to our GS Executive Job Board, which has been developed to capture response and encourage immediate action from targeted candidates.

Web and microsite development

We offer dedicated microsites that work hard to publicise your role, the culture and ambition of your organisation, and also the geographical area which the job is located. Each site is developed to ensure effective search engine optimisation and can measure site traffic and capture response.

Our primary objective in developing these microsites is to maximise conversion of targeted candidates into applicants and each site is produced with candidates very much in mind.

We will always advise you as to the best approach to take, not only in terms of content and navigation to incorporate on your site, but also on the solution that best meets your needs. It may be that you require a solution larger than a microsite, and if this is the case we have the expertise and capacity to deliver bespoke online recruitment solutions of any size.

Analytics are also provided for all of our sites which demonstrate how users arrive at the site, navigate around it, and use its content.

Data management and candidate attraction

Within the executive recruitment marketplace it is essential to make the most of candidate interest. Our data management system gives the candidate the best experience while providing you with real quality and efficiencies.

By analysing response and web data we build up an understanding of candidate motivations and behaviour. Online marketing and analysis allows us to compile profiles of candidates and this understanding can be particularly effective when aiming to attract ‘passive’ job hunters, when looking for specialist skills, or looking for candidates for difficult to fill roles.
